Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, opened, used, or damaged items caused by customer handling are generally not eligible for return or refund. To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, returns are typically accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.<\/p>\n

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or does not match your order, please notify us within a reasonable period after delivery.
